Kunafa Recipe (Serves 4)

Ingredients:
- 250g Katafi
- 200g Ghee, melted
- 1/4 cup Pistachios, choppedFor Filling:
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Rose Water
- 1/2 cup Cream CheeseFor Sugar Syrup:
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Rose Water
Instructions:
- Prepare Sugar Syrup: Boil sugar and water in a saucepan on low heat until sticky (two-string consistency). Stir in lemon juice and rose water; set aside.
- Make Filling: Heat milk and whisk in cornflour until thickened. Add rose water, cool completely.
- Prepare Crust: Break katafi into strands, coat with melted ghee. Divide into two portions.
- Assemble Base: Grease a baking pan with ghee, line with parchment paper. Press half the katafi into an even layer.
- Add Filling: Spread milk pudding, top with cream cheese.
- Finish Top Layer: Cover with remaining katafi, press gently, sprinkle pistachios.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Add Syrup: Cool slightly, pour half the syrup on top. Flip onto a plate, add remaining syrup, and garnish with pistachios.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm.
Baklava Recipe (1 Serving)

Ingredients:
- 3 sheets Phyllo Dough
- 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds)
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey

- 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Layer phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with melted butter.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:
- Whisk milk and cornstarch in a saucepan until smooth.
- Heat on medium, stirring until thickened.
- Add sugar and vanilla, stir until dissolved. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
