The Miami Dolphins announced quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffered a concussion in Thursday’s game against the Buffalo Bills. Tagovailoa collided with Bills safety Damar Hamlin and left the game. Tagovailoa has had at least three concussions in three seasons. Now some, including one NFL coach, are urging him to consider retiring. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch has the details.
