PFC Interim Dividend Record Date, Payment Date: Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC) has announced the 3rd interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for the 3rd interim dividend is now getting closer, falling the next week. The announcement of the dividend came in the quarterly earnings for the quarter ended December 31, 2024.
PFC 3rd Interim Dividend Record Date
PFC declared an interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share (35%) on the face value of the paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each for the FY 2024-25. It has fixed Friday, February 28, 2025 as the ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 3rd interim dividend for the FY 2024-25.
PFC 3rd Interim Dividend Payment Date
The date of payment /dispatch of the aforesaid 3d interim dividend shall be on or before March 11, 2025.
Incorporation of New Subsidiary
PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), announces the incorporation of a new Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV): KAKINADAI TRANSMISSION LIMITED.
This SPV will manage the transmission system for the proposed Green Hydrogen/Green Ammonia projects in Kakinada (Phase-I).
The Ministry of Power (MoP) appointed PFCCL as Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) for selecting a Transmission Service Provider (TSP) through a Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process.
PFC Financial Performance
Revenue for the quarter ended December 31st was Rs 13,043.69 crores and for the quarter ended September 30th was Rs 13,206.57 crores. Revenue for FY23-24 stood at Rs 46,022.46 crores. Net profit for the quarter ended December 31st was Rs 4,154.92 crores and for the quarter ended September 30th was Rs 4,370.44 crores. The net profit for FY23-24 stood at Rs 14,367.02 crores. EPS for the quarter ended December 31st was Rs 12.59 and for the quarter ended September 30th was Rs 13.24. The EPS for FY23-24 stood at Rs 43.53.
